ICELAND'S HARBOURS
U.S. IMPROVEMENT PLAN Rec. 2 p.m. LONDON". Aug. 14. A message from Reykjavik (Iceland) says the United" States has agreed to undertake a vast improvement and extension of Iceland's harbour facilities, according to an announcement to-day. The United States will provide the material and will employ Iceland labour.
