Rcc. 2 p.m. LONDON, Aug. 14. American Tomahawk fighters are pouring into China to strengthen Chiang Kai-shek's air force, says the Daily Express correspondent at Singapore. Big cargoes of planes are daily arriving in Burma, where they are assembled and flown to Chungking. These planes are to give the Chinese for the first time some appreciable measures of air power. The Chinese military spokesman at Chungking said that Japan has ordered four mechanised regiments to Manchukuo.
