COOK STRAIT STEAMERS
SEKVK'E KK.XHItAXGED (0.C.) WELLINGTON, this day. The inter-island steamer express service between I.yttelton and Wellington will, in future, be conducted by the Tamahine and the Maori. The Tamahine has for some time past been engaged in the Nelson-Welling-ton service. The Maori will now leave I.yttelton for Wellington in place of the Rangatira on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, and the Tamahine on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The rearrangement of the service has necessitated alterations in the railway time-tables for. trains connecting with the steamers. The express will leave Invercargill at 6.15 a.m., instead of at 7 a.m.. as at present. and will arrive at. Dunedin at 10.35 a.m., leaving at 10.50. This train will arrive at Lyttelton at 7.8 p.m.
