VISITED BY POLICE TWO MEN TO PAY FINES Appearing on summons before Mr. F. K. Hunt. S.M.. in the Police Court this morning. James Arthur Frost, a barman, and Stephen Marinovich, were each charged that on July 4, being the occupier of premises at 4 Durham Street, known as the Premier Club, they used the premises as a common gaming house. Both pleaded guiltv. Detective-Sergeant" P. J. Xalder said the two defendants had been using the premises as a common gaming house for the last five weeks They were partners.
