RAILWAY SMASH
DISASTER IN ITALY Rec. 2 p.m. LONDON, July 21. Thirty-five workmen were killed and 45 were injured in a railway accident near Como, in Lombardy, states a Rome message. A train carrying 700 workmen crashed into a truck that had been derailed. The victims were members of a contingent of workers travelling to Germany.
