DEATH OF CYCLIST
MOTORIST ACQUITTED After a retirement of 20 minutes a jury in the Auckland Supreme Court yesterday found David Thomas Clotworthy (Mr. West) not guilty of negligently driving a car so as to cause the death of a cyclist, Henry Douglas Fraser. The accused was lischarged.
