The questions argued were [whether, in an action for damages Ifor accident causing death, any inIcome or property receivable by the i widow and children of the deceased person from his estate was a gain,; 'according to section 7 of the Lawi Reform Act, 1936, and whetherj evidence of such bequests was; admissible for the purpose of being 1 taken into account in assessing! damages.
