RACING
"Xew Zealander" has a lot to say about a vice called racing. I think he stated about people crying if they had to give £1 for £1 for the war effort. Perhaps he would like to state his war effort I have lost W» brothers in the army and one in the navy, yet I will go to a race meeting. I work If. hours a day at sea. Is he doing as well a< that? People want a change from pictures and dancinp. Every penny I earn I will spend as I like, for I am sine I'm doing my bit, NAVAL RATING.
