UNIQUE DECISION BY LEAGUE REFEREE: MALINGERING ALLEGED

Several delegates were of the opinion that the referee had no authority to refuse the player (permission to ro 'back to assist his team after he 'had recovered.

Mr. W. Mineham said the question of malingering was being taken up by the Referees' Association.
