CAPSIZE OF TRUCK
DRIVER KILLED INSTANTLY (O;C.) KAITAIA, this day. A fatal'accident occurred near Houhora on Saturday night, when a truck being driven along a side road by Mr. Timothy Evans, aged 36, a married man, ran back and capsized, pinning the driver underneath, death being instantaneous. On the truck were Mr. and Mrs. P. Richmond and their child, and Mr. Richmond suffered .injuries necessitating hospital treatment. An inquest into Mr. Evans' death was opened at Houhora yesterday, and was adjourned sine die after [evidence of identification hart been 1 taken.
