UNLICENSED RADIOS
SIXTEEN" PERSONS FIXED Prosecuted on summons by the Auckland radio inspector. 16 persons were charged before Mr. F. H. Levien, S.M.. in the Police Court today, with not having licenses for radio sets. In most of the cases pleas of guilty were entered, the usual excuse being that the matter of renewing licenses had been overlooked. The erring ones were mulcted in fines, which ranged from 10/ to 30/ all plus costs.
