PANAMA TRAFFIC
JAPS. REPORT RESTRICTION
NEW YORK, May 7. 'the Tokyo newspaper "Nichi Nichi" says an Osaka shipping firm has been advised from San Francisco that the United States will close the Panama Canal within 10 days to all but limited traffic for an indefinite period. Official sources in Washington refused lo comment on the .slorv.
