MARTHA FINAL DIVIDEND. Cabled advice has been received from London by Mr J H. Q. Banks, local director and attorney, that the directors of the Martha Oold Mining Company (Walhl). Limited, will recommend a anal dividend for the refer ended December 31 of 9d a share at the annual meeting to be held In London on llu Sβ. This dividend Is free of Income u> and will be payable on May 30 to shareholders registered on May l<. Together with the interim dividend of U t share, the total distribution for the year U 1/3. or 35 per cent, unchanged. WESTPORT COAL PAYMENT. The Westport Coal Company has declared the usual interim dividend or 6d a share, payable May 3*.
