PRISONER ACQUITTED
A trial from which the public wa? excluded at the Supreme Court yesterday was that of Basil Hawkesley Swann, a clerk, aged 32 'Mr. Alan Moody), charged before Mr. Justice Fair and a jury on a series of alleged acts of indecent assaults against malesMr. V. R. Meredith. Crown Prosecutor, led evidence extending over several hours, and the accused elected not to give evidence on hiown behalf.
