MT. EDEN MAYORALTY.
Two nominations were received to-day for the Mount Eden mayoralty. The sitting Mayor, Mr. R. J. Mills, has been nominated by Messrs. C. Cowan, L. S. Rickerby and A.* P. Hartnoll, while Mr. A. Clive Johns, a member of the council and chairman of the finance committee, has been nominated by Messrs; N. C. Snedden, K. N. Buttle and six others.
