"GONE WITH THE WIND."
TO BE SHOWN SHORTLY. "Gone With the "Wind" is to be t'hown at the St. James' Theatre, beginning on Friday, May 2. The official confirmation of this announcement regarding the NewZealand premiere of the eagerly awaited and much I'alked of production of "Gone With the Wind," is contained in a statement issued by the management of St. Jamee' Theatre. The film will be presented exactly as it was shown during its successful seasons throughout Australia. where it enjoyed a remarkable success. In Sydney, after playing for a period equivalent to four months, it continued for a further six and a half months at the Liberty Theatre. On January 10 it was transferred to the Victory Theatre, where it is st'ill running. Of unusual length the film runs for three 'hours and forty minutes, not including intermission when special incidental music ie provided.
