OBITUARY.
MRS. ELIZABETH WRIGHT.. A former resident of Mangawharc. Northern Wairoa, Mrs. Elizabeth Wright, of Shelly Beach, has died at the age of 94 years. Mrs. Wright came to New Zealand with her husband, the late Mr. W. IT. Wright, -u 7vcars apo, in the vessel Kaikoura, and they settled at Mangawharc. They were among the first settlers to take up land at Onetea. The Diamond jubilee of their wedding was celebrated nearly five years ago. and Mr. Wright died three and a half years ago. Mrs. Wright is survived by a son and daughter. There are eight grandchildren and six great-grand-children.
