Tension.
TROOP MOVES ON BORDER,
(Reed, noon.) LONDON, April 17. A message from Tokyo says that according to a Donn'i broadcast largo detachments of Iranian troops are moving towards the Soviet bolder. All roads leading to the border are closed. Increasing tension between the Soviet and Iran is said to be the result of recent large-scale military manoeuvres near the Iran boi^.j:.
