OBLIGATIONS OF ELECTORS
As tho rolls for the coming municipal election- ploese at tlie en<l of thi> week electors are reminded that application! forms for the inclusion of names in the rolls, where they are not at prevent included, must be handed in by o p.m. on Saturday. Although in some instances it* has 'been indicated that forme posted to reach the electoral offices by the firet mail on Monday will be accepted, in other instances electoral i officers have etated that they will observe a strict interpretation of fie Act, requiring forms to be in their hands by 5 p.m. on Saturday. Therefore it will be in the interests of elector* in every case to send in their forms without delay. Persons attaining the age of 21 after the roll has closed cannot vote by declaration. The only persons who can vote by declaration are those who should have been on, the roll when it wa* closed.
