RUGBY, April 14,
The British Minister at Budapest, Mr. Owen St. Clair O'Malley, with the staff of the Legation, has arrived at Moscow with the Ministers and staffs of the Belgian and Dutch Legations, and the staff of the Yugoslav Legation at Bratislava. The British Ambassador and members of the Embassy stuff met them at the station.
