LOS ANGELES TRAFFIC
ACCIDENT DECLINE. LOS ANGELES, Mar. 25. A 15 per cent reduction in the number of traffic collisions and a 37 per cent decrease in the number of traffic fatalities in the city of Loa Angeles were reported yesterday by records of the first week of the recently reorganise!?, traffic division of the Police Department. The week ended at 2 p.m. yesterday and showed a total of 272 collisions and three fatalities. This compares with 320 collisions and seven deaths the previous week, at -which time traffic operations were decentralised and placed under the various commanders of the various police divisions.
