The hearing of the claims of Clare C. Da.nby, Valerie H. McOallum and Hilda M. Dawson (Mr. A. K. Turner and Mr. •T. K. Johnston) against Francis Alfred Al<l red (Mr. W. VV. King) arising out of a motor accident near El Rey Cabaret in October last year was concluded before Mr. Justice Fair and a jury in

the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon,! when the jury returned answers to a series of issues involving all parties in negligence.
