DEATH OF WOMAN.
CHARGE OF MURDER. HEARING NEXT WEEK. (P.A.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Lower Court hearing of the charge of murder of Marjory Livingston Horton, preferred against Leonard Neiling, is to proceed next Tuesday. Neiling appeared on remand to-day, and Detective-Sergeant McLennan said the police were prepared to do so, and counsel for Neiling, Mr. T. P. McCarthy, said the date wae acceptable to him.
