CORNER COLLISION.
Before Mr. F. H. Levien, S.M., in the Onehunga Police Court this morning, Thomas Prestort, who did not appear, was charged with failing to give way to right-hand traffic at the Koyal Oak intersection. *
TJie evidence showed that the car driven by defendant was coming from Mount Albert Road at a fast pace and collided with another motor car travelling towards the city. He was convicted and fined 40/ and costs.
