IRON GUARDS DECLARE WAR.
AGAINST HUNGARY. Fight Until Transylvania Restored. United Press Association.—Oopyright(Recd. 1 p.m.) LoSfDON, Dec. 29. A Budapest message says considerable tension lias been cansed as a result of a meeting of 5000 Rumanian Iron Guards at Klausenburg. A speeial deputation from the eentral committee ivas dispatched, specially from Bucharest. With the approval of Horia Sima, their leader, the Iron Guards openly denounced the Vienna Award and unanimously passed a resolution declaring guerilla warfare against Hungary till Transylvania is restored to Rumania, Arms have been distributed to L-egion-aries without interference from = the authorities. The passage of German troops across Hungary continues. The number of troop trains which passed through Budapest yesterday was the largest for any day so far. According to the Budapest correspondent of the Associated Press, it is learned that Germany has pianned to cross Bulgaria to Greece only in the event of Britain landing troops in an attempt to use Greece as the starting point for an invasion of Central Europe (says a message from New York). The movement of German troops to Romania is chiefly an insurance measure.
The Vienna Award resulted from the conference called by the Axis leaders in the Austrian capital. Its principal clause was the surrender of Transylvania to Hungary by Rumania,
