ALLEGED U.S. PLAN. Ship Goods To Britain Via Eire. United Press Association.—Copyright. (Reed. 10 8,m.) LONDON", Dec. 29. Tho Dublin correspondent of the "Daily Mail" says the Berlin radio quoted tho warning of the ''Berliner Boersenzeitung" directed to the United States against attempting to send goods to Britain through Eire. The newspaper alleged that the United States was considering a revision of the Neutrality Act for the purpose of excluding Kire from the war zone. It stated that Kire was still within Germany's blockade area. "Whoever enters this zone does so at the risk of exposing hi* ships and their crews to military operation<. The Irii.li people must decide whether they want to be involved in the war," it added.
