CLAIMS AND ADMISSIONS. (Reed. 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 22. A German communique claims that large fires were started in the reboiubing of Liverpool. It.aleo sayu that the Italian air force bombed Harwich harbour. It admitn Royal Air Force raids on various points in Germany, and slight damage to buildings in two west German towns.
