Japan Bought 2,000,000 Tons Of Scrap Metal Last Year.
BAN ANTICIPATED.

President Roosevelt has extended the export licensing system, which is virtually an embargo, to petroleum, scrap iron and other scrap metal. The Japanese bought more than 2,000,000 tons of American scrap metal last year, heavily increasing purchases in antieipotiaa of mch ma embargo.
