RUSSIAN ATHLETES.
PARADE BEFORE STALIN. (Received 2 p.m.) MOSCOW, July 21. Thirty thousand Russian athletes paraded before M. Stalin and M. Molotoff and other leaders in Red Square. 'Planes flew overhead and tanks and motor cycles traversed the square. Sir Stafford Cripps, British Ambassador, was present. <
