GRAVE FOOD SHORTAGE.
POSITION IN BELGIUM. (Received 2 p.m.) LONDON, July 21. "The Times" Belgian correspondent says that the shortage of food in Belgium is so serious that the Germans themselves have warned Belgian shopkeepers against German soldiers who try to obtain foodstuffs without surrendering special ration coupons.
