APOLOGY ACCEPTED FOR PAPAKURA LEAVING THE FIELD.

The action of the Papakura team in walking off the field at Carlaw Park prior to the expiration o£ time without the referee's consent was considered at the meeting of the Auckland Rugby League Control Board last evening. The matter was taken in committee and it was subsequently reported that the committee of the Papakura Club had apologised for its | team's action and the apology had beca accepted.
