LONDON, July 5.
The New Zealand High Commissioner, Mr. \V. J. Jordan, welcomed an R.N.V.R. detachment from New' Zealand. About 20 officers and 100 men paraded. Mr. Jordan read a message from the Prime Minister, Mr. Prater.
