ARRESTS OF OIL LEADERS

LONDON, July 5.
The Associated Press of Great Britain correspondent at Bucharest states that British nationals ase liquidating their business interests in Rumania because they fear additional Government measures. Twelve British oil men were arrested without reason after lunching at the British Legation. Ten we»e later released.
