MISSING SINCE MONDAY.
Fears are entertained for the safety of Mr. John Lawrence McCabo, an enginedriver, aged 63, of Mercury Bay, who lias been missing from his home since Monday night. It was Mr. McCabe's custom to take walks to the Mercury Bay wharf at night, being a sufferer from astinna, and unable to sleep. It is thought that he may have had a seizure on the wharf on Monday night and fallen into the water. Dragging operations are being carried out near the wharf.
