What Are They Doing?
Do you know what the people in this picture are doing? They are drawn in the attitudes of their occupations and their tools are sketched in the semi-circle. Write out your answers thus: 9G, Painting a House. Write your solutions in a column, arranging them in numerical order, 1, 2, 3, etc. Send your entry, with your name, age, address, and the name of the prize you have selected, to. PETER PAN, "STAR" OFFICE, SHORTLAND STREET, AUCKLAND, C.l. Entries from town readers must reach this office by Saturday, July 6, and from country readers by Monday, July 8. Results on Saturday, July 13. The twenty-four prizes will be awarded for the twenty-four neatest or most nearly correct lists.
