MINISTER INDUCTED.
Formerly of Morrinsville v , the Rev. G. A. Xaylor was inducted into the charge of , Knox Church, Parnell. by the Auckland Presbytery at a well-attended gathering of the congregation. The Rev. P. Gladstone Hughes, moderator of the Presbytery, presided and performed the induction, while the sermon was preached by the Rev. G. F. McKenzie. of Takapuna. The Rev. R. G. McDowall, the interim moderator, addressed the minister and congregation. The new minister, who is succeeding the Rev. G. A. D. Spence. chaplain with the First Echelon of the Expeditionary Force, will be welcomed at a social evening oa Tuesday night.
