CHAMPIONSHIPS START JAN. 8. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CXI It ISTCHU RCH, Thursday. Total registrations of 305 clubs and 19,810 members were recorded in the report of the X«w Zealand Bowling Association, presented at the annual meeting of the Dominion council to-day. The membership showed an increase of 711 during the year. The annual tournament was fixed for Chrlstchureh, commencing on January S. It wa« decided to make a gift of £ 100 to Red Cross funds, and it Is proposed to give the championship tournament profits to the patriotic funds.
