ROLLS-ROYCE ENGINES.
MANUFACTURE IN AMERICA.

WASHINGTON, June 27.
Mr. Henry Morgenthau, Secretary to the Treasury, said Britain will share in the production of Rolls-Royce aviation engines by the United States "as a matter of fairness" rather than due to any agreement on the matter.
"The engine is the property of Britain. How can w.e shut them out completely?" he asked.
