Turkey To Invoke Protocol To Allied Treaties. NO WAR WITH RUSSIA. (Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDOX, June 2G. An official message from Ankara says Turkey has decided to remain non-belli-gerent. She has invoked the protocol of the treaties with Britain and France, which do not require, action that might lead to conflict with Russia.
