The] ! net profit, after making appropriations to ' contingency accounts, out of which full < provision has been made for exchange, national defence contribution, etc., amounts to £86,149. With £114,131 . brought forward from the previous year, .. £200,280 is available. ' An interim dividend at the rate of 3 per i cent per annum, less United Kingdom ; income tax, paid in January, absorbed £23,313.
