INTOXICATED DRIVER. OFFENCE REPEATED. ■ (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON", this day. Found intoxicated in charge of a car while under disqualification from driving for' a similar ofl'cnce last year, Arthur. Farmery (45), a hotel worker, was sentenced to a month's hard labour. His license was cancelled for three years. While it was already under observation on account of its movements, the car was seen by a constable to strike a' pole in the street. Farmery was found' to be in an advanced state of intoxication. ■ '
