Italian Attacks "Frontier Incidents." COULD BE SETTLED. (Received 2 p.m.> CAIRO, June 17. AH Malier Pasha, Egyptian Prime Minister, stated that Italian air raids on the Egyptian border posts could be regarded as frontier incidents which so far could be settled diplomatically. Moreover, the Government's definition of Egypt's attitude was not communicated to Italy until Saturday ,'ast. Therefore, Italy had not had time to give the necessary instructions to those responsible for skirmishes.
