SKULL FRACTURED.
CARPENTER'S DEATH BODY FOUND OX LAWN.
Pending further inquiries the coroner. Mr. 1". K. Hunt, adjourned an inquest which lie ' opened yesterday afternoon into the death of Harold Cliugg, a marvied man, aged 53, who was found dead on the lawn of the house where he was a boarder at 33, Waiheke Street, Ellerolie. He was n carpenter by occupation The discovery was made at 7.30 on Sunday morning, and at the inquest yesterday afternoon relatives gave evidence that deceased had suffered from heart trouble. The coroner ordered a post-mortem to be carried out by D.\ \V. Gilmour, and he reported that deceased's skull had been fractured.
