FORMER AUCKLANDER
AIR FORCE OPERATIONS. CABLE FROM AIR MINISTRY,
The Air Ministry has cabled Mr. W. Crawford, of 11, Belvedere Avenue, Epsom, that his son, Pilot-Officer Francis Sirius Crawford, is reported missing as the result of Royal Air Force opera° tions. Pilot-Officer Crawford celebrated his 20th birthday this month. He was born in Auckland and was educated at Vasanta Garden School, Epsom, where he matriculated. In 1038 he joined the Royal Air Force.
