TO-NIGHT'S WRESTLING.
RAINES PROMISES TROUBLE FOR BLOMFIELD.
There are few catch-as-catch-can wrestlers in the world who will not admit that if the other fellow starts something" they are able to pay back in the same coinage. It is not often, though, that wrestlers will admit as frankly as "Cowbov" Dick Raines that if there is any trouble about thev are usually the cause of it. As lie puts if "I can wrestle as well as any of tlieni when I want to, but ... I get inad at these fellows!"
That is the man who. to-night, will step into the wrestling ring at the Auckland Town Hall against the New Zealand professional wrestling champion. Sergeant Lofty Blonifield. Auckland lias seen both of them in action already this season and knows their capabilities and respective strengths. They are splendidlr matched in physique ami each will give the other full play in the style he prefers. Lofty lias shown that he can wrestle with the best : he has also shown that he can meet ruggedness with met hods that are thoroughly effective. Raines may make trouble for Lofty, but when he faces the Xew Zealander's jolts he will be fully occupied. The match should have all the excitement that anybody could ask.
