POINTS IN DISPUTE. COMMENT BY MINISTER. (By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") WELLINGTON, this day. The Minister of Labour, the Hon. P. C. Webb, states that his liaison officer, Mr. C. L. Hunter, had arrived at Auckland to-day in connection witb the tramway dispute, and that he will report afier interviewing the representatives of both sides. '"At the present moment I know nothing about the points in dispute." added Mr. Webb, "but any matter whiti cannot be mutually ajrreed upon should be referred to the Arbitration Court, and we will do our utmost to have the hearing facilitated.'*
