Stan Mclntyre, winner of the lOOyus championship, was presented with the Qlial- ■ lenge Cup: while medals were presentett to the United Club's relay team, Messrs. 1.. Bowery, C. Carroll, E- Parnell ami fc. ilclntyre. 1 D. Codiran (Railway) was awarded the B president's bat with an average of w run M an Innings throughout the season, and tlie I patron's bat for the highest one-inning s s score of 107 runs went to J. Scholium (Reid Rubber). During the evening several appropriate toasts -were duly honoured, tlie programme being interspersed with a number of instrumental and vocal items. Air. The Yorkshire County Cricket Club states the prospects of first-class county cricket ; V being played are remote, but it is arranging matches among the best players available under the county's auspices.
