TROOPS CHEERED.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) INVERCARGTLL, Thursday. A detachment of 230 men from Burnham, wearing full battle order dross, marched through the city streets this afternoon and evening as a prelude to a recruiting rally which was held in the Town Hall. A huge crowd watched the parades, and cheered the steel helmeted troops, led by Lieutenant-Colonel A. S. Falconer and Major D. F. Leckie.
