RURAL CREDITS.
AUCKLAND CONFERENCE. A regional conference of the Auckland District Rural Intermediate Credit Board and the Helensville, Waiuku and Papakura Co-operative Rural Intermediate Credit Associations was held in Auckland this morning, being presided over by Mr. T. Small wood, a member of the Central Rural Intermediate Credit Board, Wellington. Also present were Mr. K. J. Cavurhill, secretary of the central board, Mr. G. S. Ellis, district supervisor, Auckland, members of the district board and delegates from the various associations. Matters of general interest to the district board and associations were discussed, and the hope was expressed that the outcome of these discussions will 'be an increase in rural intermediate credit business in the near future.
