HIGH MORALE.
NORWEGIAN ARMED FORCES. RUGBY, April 15. The prompt action of the Allied Fleets had an excellent effect in Norway, where, according to the latest reports, the people are in good heart and the morale of the troops is high. Mobilisation is proceeding satisfactorily in spite of difficulties, and where contact with the invaders has been made the Norwegians' resistance has been stubborn and stiffening. The German forces exercise effective control over very small parts of the country.
The British Broadcasting Corporation's broadcasts in Norwegian and English are Norway's main sources of trustworthy news in the present circumstances.
